All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Shipping fee: €12.95
    • Includes package tracking
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking information available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bestway Boutique purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened pool maintenance and filtration products
  • Water toys with opened packaging
  • Inflatable pools that have been inflated or used

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging, unopened with all accessories
  • Be in new, unused condition

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

Exchanges
